1. Introduction

Welcome to Wealthly ("we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed when you use the Wealthly mobile application (the "App").

Your financial information is stored locally on your device, and in your private iCloud account only if you enable iCloud Sync. We do not operate a backend that stores your portfolio data.

2. Information Handling

2.1 Financial Data You Enter

The following data is stored locally in the App:

• Account names, balances, and snapshots
• Asset and liability details
• Net worth history and milestones
• App settings related to your portfolio

We do not operate a backend that stores copies of this financial data.

2.2 Optional iCloud Sync

If you enable iCloud Sync, your app database is synced with your private iCloud (CloudKit) so it can be available across your Apple devices.

2.3 Live Market and FX Requests

When you use optional live stock, crypto, or exchange-rate features, your device sends symbol/search/currency requests to public market data providers so the app can return current quote data; those providers may process standard network metadata under their own privacy policies.

2.4 In-App Analytics (PostHog)

We use the PostHog analytics SDK to measure product usage and improve the app experience (for example, onboarding completion, notification opt-in, paywall conversion, and retention-related usage trends).

Analytics events may include:

• App interaction events (for example onboarding steps, paywall views, purchase flow events, feature-gate views)
• Event timestamps
• App/OS technical context (such as app version and OS version)
• A pseudonymous analytics identifier generated by the SDK

We do not send your personal identity information or your financial values in analytics events. Specifically, we do not send account names, balances, transaction histories, or net worth amounts to PostHog.

2.5 Ad Attribution and Campaign Measurement (TikTok SDK)

We use TikTok App Events SDK to measure ad campaign performance and attribution.

For iOS attribution, we use Apple's SKAdNetwork, which provides privacy-preserving, aggregated conversion reporting.

We do not request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission in-app. As a result, we do not access or use your device's Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) for advertising tracking.

SDK events used for attribution may include app interaction signals (for example, app launch, paywall view, checkout, and purchase completion), event timestamps, and app/device technical context.

These SDK events are used in a privacy-preserving measurement context, including aggregated SKAdNetwork attribution on iOS rather than IDFA-based user-level ad tracking.

2.6 What We Do Not Collect Through Wealthly Servers

• No account registration data (there is no Wealthly account system)
• No advertising identifiers for ad targeting
• No third-party crash reporting SDK telemetry

3. How Information Is Used

Information is used to:

• Store and display your portfolio locally
• Sync your data with private iCloud when enabled
• Understand feature usage and improve app experience through privacy-conscious in-app analytics
• Provide customer support when you contact us
• Measure ad campaign effectiveness using aggregated attribution signals

We do not use your data for behavioral advertising.

4. Data Retention

• Local app data: kept on your device until you delete/reset it.
• iCloud Sync data (if enabled): retained in your private iCloud subject to your Apple account settings.

5. Security

• Local secrets used by the app are stored using iOS security mechanisms (including Keychain where applicable).
• Network traffic uses HTTPS where supported by the destination service.

No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we apply reasonable safeguards within the app.

6. Your Choices and Controls

• Keep iCloud Sync off if you want data to remain only on-device.
• Export, import, or reset your data at any time inside the app.

7. Regional Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (for example, under CCPA/CPRA or GDPR/UK GDPR), you may have rights related to personal information processing. Because Wealthly does not maintain a user account database, many requests can be completed directly by using in-app controls (such as deleting/resetting local data or disabling iCloud Sync).

8. Children's Privacy

Wealthly is not directed to children under 13 (or 16 where applicable). If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us directly, contact us and we will review and delete it where required.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last Updated" date when changes are made.
